Returns & Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once the order has been confirmed and processed.
Patent of Heart will accept returns on all products within 14 days of you receiving your item.
If your item is damaged upon delivery, we need to be notified within 14 days of you receiving your item.
Please note that at this time, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back the product. The customer is also responsible for any duties, customs, or taxes involved with this shipment. Any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase will be deducted from the final refund.
If an item is bought on sale, it is considered a final sale. You can exchange or receive a store credit within 14 days of delivery.
Please contact us at email@example.com and request your Return Authorization Form.
Once RA is received please pack the product(s) in their original cotton dust bag and ship the package out within 14 days of delivery receipt
Once the return has been shipped out, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with an update to provide us with your full name, order number, email address, shipping carrier, and tracking number.
Please continue to check the tracking information and keep an eye out for any delays/delivery failures and/or customs. We will only refund packages that are successfully delivered. Failed deliveries that are caused due to outstanding duties, taxes, and fees will not be refunded.
If we are processing a refund, please allow for approximately 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank statement.
