BONA AMORE
BONA AMORE means " Good things to Love" in Latin.
This collection is designed by converting contemporary paintings by Elif Akaydin into hand-embroidered designs collaborating with highly skilled female artisans.
The embroidery is created with a centuries-old chain-stitch technique using hand-dyed silk yarn. These hand-embroidered pieces are transformed into handbags by combining them with premium leather. Each clutch is adorned with a heart-shaped Crystal charm in the upper-left corner. The clutch is versatile and can be carried in various ways, such as a wristlet or cross-body with detachable leather strap options.
This collection has come to fruition by bringing to life an original, artistic collection that has an intrinsic value in itself, projecting quality, beauty, art, elegance, and most importantly, artisanship.
